Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way and will notify you immediately if there are any unexpected delays.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Canadian shipping starts at $21, while other international destinations (like the UK, Europe, and Australia) start at $29. International orders ship via various carriers, and delivery times vary by destination.

Each item is custom-made just for you, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with the product, like a tear, hole, or misprint. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through USPS’s website as well as the Shop app.

Garment dyeing is a process — it means the item is dyed after it’s fully sewn, giving the fabric a softer, broken-in feel and subtle variations at the seams. It’s part of what gives many of our tees and hoodies their lived-in vibe from day one.

Pigment dye and reactive dye are two types of dye used in that process:

Pigment dye creates a washed, vintage look. It sits on the surface of the fabric and gradually fades with each wash, so every piece continues to evolve over time. You’ll see this on our vintage tees and hoodies. Air drying, rather than tumble drying, preserves the original look and feel.

Reactive dye bonds deeper into the fabric fibers. It produces bolder, more colorfast results — the color stays crisp and consistent over time. We use this on our drop-shoulder tees when the design calls for rich, saturated color.

Both methods are garment-dyed, but they create very different finishes. One fades and ages. The other stays vivid. We use each intentionally, depending on the vibe of the shirt.

We offer a range of sizes from S to 3XLto ensure a perfect fit for everyone. Our shirts have a slightly oversized, streetwear-inspired fit, so they’re roomy and comfortable right out of the box. If you’re into that extra-wide, super-oversized vibe, sizing up will give you even more width without adding too much length.

Unisex Fit: Our shirts are designed to fit all genders comfortably. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

To maintain print quality, avoid bleach or harsh detergents, as these can break down the ink and fabric over time.

No worries! This is part of the printing process to ensure your design looks vibrant and lasts a long time. The stiffness or "box stain" (from a special pretreatment) will wash out after the first wash, leaving your shirt soft and ready to wear.
