Refund policy

We take pride in quality and want you to be happy with your order. If you receive an item with a misprint, tear, hole, or other issue, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We’ll review your case and do our best to make things right.

All of our items are made-to-order, which means we do not automate returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

To report a problem, email support@serncollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. You can also DM us on Instagram at @SERNcollective.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size orders

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items or gift cards
    Items must be unused and unwashed to qualify for any replacement or refund due to damage.

Refunds
If your refund or replacement is approved, we’ll notify you and process it via your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If it’s been longer than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received a refund, email us at support@serncollective.com.
