Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All items are made to order and typically ship within 1-5 business days, with most orders going out in 2-3. Processing may take longer during peak periods or for certain color variants.

Shipping Time & Carrier
US delivery typically takes around 10-14 days, though timing can vary. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2 weeks.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. The link may not update right away. Tracking generally begins updating once your package reaches the local carrier handling the final delivery, so a lack of updates does not mean your package has stopped moving.

Delivery Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to holidays, carrier disruptions, customs, or other factors. If your tracking still hasn't updated three weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll check the status for you.

Shipping Area
We ship within the United States and internationally, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, and more. International shipping rates range from $9-15 USD depending on order size. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy & Order Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. Because all items are made-to-order, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered production.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@serncollective.com or via Instagram DM @SERNcollective. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Orders that ship to incorrectly entered addresses and are returned to us may incur additional reshipment fees.
