Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 5-9 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for certain color variants. 

Shipping Time & Carrier
US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days after fulfillment. International orders ship via various carriers, and delivery times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays
While we work to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to supply chain issues, holidays, or other factors. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we’ll notify you directly.

Shipping Area
We ship within the United States and internationally, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy & Order Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. Because all items are made-to-order, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered production.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@serncollective.com or via Instagram DM @SERNcollective. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Orders that ship to incorrectly entered addresses and are returned to us may incur additional reshipment fees.
